The Wisconsin Department of Children and Families (DCF) needed to update its child support system to meet the needs of today’s stakeholders, partners, and parents. They turned to CMRignite to develop the modern, accessible brand and integrated communications to take them to tomorrow.

Extensive research identified audience segmentation, key messaging, and mediums of delivery. Our brand audit assessed their established branding and necessary changes. Creative would be built around the new program name: THRIVE – exactly what we want our children and families to do.

The program itself would THRIVE, as well. A comprehensive suite of branded asset templates was created. Posters, flyers, brochures, social media, and an e-newsletter to propel the new brand – along with outlines of key messaging, strategic timing and cadence for each target audience and medium.
