To be effective, cancer clinical trials must reflect the diversity of the populations they aim to serve. HOPA partnered with CMRignite to spark a multilingual, multifaceted conversation focused on increasing BIPOC participation in cancer clinical trials.

Grounded in in-depth research, we developed the Time to Talk campaign—an empowering platform that encouraged patients to seek trusted information from pharmacists, care teams, and clinical trial participants. The approach centered on education, transparency, and trust, helping individuals better understand clinical trials and consider participation with confidence.

The pilot campaign made an immediate impact. Increased awareness. Meaningful engagement through media and community partnerships. And the launch of HOPA’s first-ever podcast, expanding the conversation beyond traditional channels. Together, these efforts laid a strong foundation for continued momentum as the initiative moves into its next phase.
